Jader

Jader moved from Brazil to the United States in 2004, but only just found out about LVGH last year. He came to the U.S. seeking new opportunities, but settled into the Portuguese-speaking community early on and got by without ever learning much English. Now, since taking classes here, Jader says that “any and all English I know, I have learned here.” Learning more English has helped Jader to make friends, at work, and navigating everyday tasks like finding what he needs in the grocery store.

Jader has had great success as a local entrepreneur and owns a cleaning business, a restaurant, and a car dealership. He says he feels more comfortable with his English than ever and hopes to continue to progress. “LVGH has the best teachers in the world! I always tell my friends that if they want to stay and do well in the U.S., coming here is the best way.”
